Transportation Info

1.Airplane 

Upon arrival at Tainan Airport, get a cab or ask for a drive because there is no public transport setting a terminal at the Tainan Airport. After getting out of the airport, turn left to the Provincial Highway No. 1 (towards Tainan City), and then go on to Datung Road. Get round the Dongmen Roundabout to enter the Beimen 1st Road. Turn left to Minzu Road and then turn right to Jhongshan Road to reach the Office. The trip is about 4km in total.

2. By train: 

Get off at Tainan Station, and turn left into Jhongshan Road to reach the Office.

3. Highway: 

(I) Southbound: (1) Those coming from National Highway No. 3, go for National Highway No. 1 via National Highway No. 8; (2) Those coming from National Highway No. 1, exit highway at Sinshih Interchange for Provincial Road No. 1. After passing Yansing and Lioujia, turn left at Jhonghua Road. Go straight and then turn right at Jhongshan S. Road of Yongkang City. Drive along to Kaiyuan Road of Tainan City and pass Kaiyuan Flyover to Beimen Road till you reach Station Front Roundabout, then turn into Jhongshan Road to reach the Office.

(II) Northbound: Exit highway at Rende or Guanmiao Interchange, then go straight to Dongmen Roundabout via Dongmen Road. Turn right at Bo-ai Road, go straight and then turn left at Minzu Road. Then turn right at Jhongshan Road.

4. By intercity bus: 

(I) Southbound: King Bus, United Highway Bus and Ho-hsin Bus all go to Tainan City, and all have terminal at the military factory on Gongyuan Road. Get off there and take a cab to the Office. If you choose to walk, please go along Gongyuan Road, and turn left at Chenggong Road. Walk for about 700m, and you will arrive at the Station Front Roundabout. Look for Jhongshan Road along the roundabout to go to the Office.

(II) Northbound: May take Ocean Bus or C-N Bus. Both stop at Beimen Road around the Train Station. Walk along the Station Front Roundabout to look for Jhongshan Road and go to the Office.

5.Citizens of Tainan County/City:

(I) Drive to the Office according to the above map and instructions.(II) Since Tainan Bus Company has been dissolved, the City is now relying on Kaohsiung Bus for transporting visitors. But Kaohsiung Bus does not stop by the Office. Singnan Bus’ terminal in Tainan City is set at about 50m right of the Office. All Singnan Bus routes in Tainan County go to this terminal. Turn left after getting out of the terminal, and you’ll arrive at the Office.
